The Associate Degree of Tourism Management aims to provide a strong background in all aspects of Tourism Management. It has been designed for individuals who recognise the need to develop themselves for successful leadership in contemporary tourism or travel organisations.
Tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. One critical factor in sustaining growth in this sector is a competent workforce.

Course structure
The Associate Degree of Tourism Management requires a minimum of 240 credit points and normally requires two years of full-time study or the part-time equivalent.

Professional associations
The Associate Degree of Tourism Management is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality, a professional management association for managers in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries. This entitles graduates to apply to the Institute for associate membership.
