Economics is the study of economic behaviour (such as consumer choice) and economic relationships (such as the effect of a change in income tax rate on economic growth).
Graduates in economics are equipped to understand and predict the consequences of changes in economic forces. The Economics Major from the Bachelor of Business not only focuses on the core competencies of economics but also aims to prepare its graduates to pursue a career as economists, economic analysts or economics consultants.
