Degrees Brewery Restaurant

Degrees Brewery Restaurant offers restaurant meals in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.It is operated and managed by our fully qualified chef and restaurant manager, and staffed by students from the Bachelor of Hospitality Management programs. As part of their course, students are required to put both their theoretical and practical knowledge and skills to the test in this working restaurant, based at ECU's Joondalup campus. This opportunity provides invaluable workplace experience to students, while also fulfilling curriculum requirements.

As this is a training restaurant, Degrees is only open for lunch during selected days/weeks of each semester.

Opening Times

Degrees Brewery Restaurant is now closed for the academic year. The restaurant will re-open in March with a new summer menu.
